Bethan and I took Rosie on her first overnight hike. A 2 hour drive south to the High Coast of Sweden with lots of rain forecast. But we thought we would brave it with our waterproof gear and sturdy tents! Rosie carried a pack with her gear. We walked for a few hours until we found a sweet little camp site. I love setting up “home” for the night. It’s fun to relax and explore the surroundings, collect wood, get a fire going and sit and watch the flames till your cheeks are rosey! We snuggled into our sleeping bags and tents and then the crazy rain came. It poured! We woke up the next morning to our cups, bowls and plates full of fresh water which we were chuffed about because there was no fresh water on the hike. After breakfast and packing up we walked back through the cool forests to our waiting car. Job well done Rosie Posie!
